通过渗流铸造法制备了含不同直径W纤维增强体的锆基非晶复合材料,其中W纤维的直径分别为1000,700,500和200 μm.以此为基础系统研究了W纤维直径对复合材料的准静态和动态压缩力学性能的影响.结果表明,随纤维直径的减小,纤维强度增大,复合材料的面体率增大,非晶基体的小尺寸效应增强,导致复合材料的静态压缩性能提高.而动态压缩载荷下,相同子弹发射压力下,随纤维直径的变化,复合材料所获得的应变速率也随之发生改变.纤维直径为500 μm时,复合材料的动态抗压强度最大,复合材料的应变速率敏感指数也最大.
