对2014-T6铝合金疲劳试样的缺口部位进行了阳极氧化处理,表面氧化层厚度分别为5,10和20 μm.通过旋转弯曲疲劳试验机对阳极氧化处理前后的疲劳试样进行了疲劳实验.分析了阳极氧化处理对该铝合金材料弯曲疲劳性能的影响,并讨论了该材料的弯曲疲劳性能随着表面氧化层厚度增加的变化趋势.结果表明,在中低应力下,阳极氧化处理降低该铝合金材料的弯曲疲劳寿命;随着氧化层厚度增加,疲劳裂纹起始位置从氧化层表面转移到铝合金基体表面,材料的弯曲疲劳寿命降低,但厚度增加到一定程度,材料S-N曲线的倾斜部分随着氧化层厚度的继续增加基本保持不变.
