采用包埋法和水热电泳沉积法相结合的组合工艺在C/C复合材料表面制得SiC/AlPO4复合涂层.借助X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对该复合涂层的晶相组成和显微结构进行了表征,重点研究了AlPO4晶相结构对复合涂层显微结构及抗氧化性能的影响.结果表明:AlPO4晶相结构对复合涂层的显微结构及抗氧化性能有较大的影响.采用石英型磷酸铝(B-AlPO4)晶相粉体所制备的涂层比较疏松,涂层自身的内聚力较差且涂层内部存在较多缺陷,采用磷石英型磷酸铝(T-AlPO4)晶相粉体所制备的涂层的致密性和均匀性相比于B-AlPO4有很大的提高,但是表面存在一些小孔且涂层与基体间存在裂纹,采用方石英型磷酸铝(C-AlPO4)晶相粉体所制备的涂层最致密且无明显的裂纹,与基体结合良好.C-AlPO4晶相粉体所制备的涂层具有较好的抗氧化性能,涂层试样在1500℃的空气气氛下氧化21h后失重仅为0.41wt%.
