采用X射线衍射、N2吸附-脱附、扫描电镜和傅里叶变换红外光谱等技术,研究了MCM-49/ZSM-35复合分子筛在Na2O-SiO2-Al2O3-CHA(环己胺)-HMI(六亚甲基亚胺)-H2O合成体系中,先在低温80℃老化4h,再经160℃晶化不同时间的演变过程.结果表明,在该混合胺体系中,首先生成MCM-49分子筛,随着晶化时间的延长,形成ZSM-35含量逐渐增加的MCM-49/ZSM-35复合分子筛,最后生成纯ZSM-35分子筛;ZSM-35的生成是以MCM-49分子筛的消耗为代价的.
