考察了铝基底表面处理、烧结温度、膜厚度对Ni-Al_2O_3复合薄膜光吸收性能的影响.结果发现,针对所制备的溶胶,以机械抛光加H_3PO_4-CrO_3溶液处理铝表面,600 ℃烧结温度以及相对高的溶胶浓度(0.8 mol/L且固定镍摩尔分数为80%)可以获得高吸收率的太阳光热转换吸收薄膜.
The effects of aluminum substrate treatment,sintering temperature and film thickness on solar absorptance of the Ni-Al_2O_3 composite films were investigated. The optimal coating on aluminum substrates treated by a H_3PO_4-CrO_3 solution after mechanical polishing had a nickel mole fraction of 80%,a sol concentration of 0.8 mol/L. The suitable sitering temperature is 600 ℃. Such prepared film has a good solar absorptance.
