色谱微型化的设计创新与光电器件和材料技术进步的结合,形成色谱关键技术的创新.检测器的新设计提高了检测灵敏度并显著降低消耗,已用表面热电离原理研制出对胺类有极高灵敏和选择性的检测器.指出微型色谱整机的低成本高性能集成化的成功将在2-3年内出现高性价比的商品仪器,并应用在现场、在线和实验室的检测分析中.本文综述了近年来色谱仪器微型化和检测器方面关键技术的研究进展.
