芯片自由流电泳(μ-FFE)是一种连续微制备或预分离技术,已在细胞、细胞器、蛋白质等生物样品的分析中发挥了重要作用.本文系统综述了μ-FFE的研究进展,侧重于介绍各种自由流芯片的结构、分离模式和应用.此外,还对μ-FFE的发展方向进行了展望.
