针对大面积OLED模组中出现的颜色漂移、亮度不均匀等问题,本文从三基色白光OLED光源的电源管理和RGB三基色亮度系数配比调节两方面着手,研究一种改善OLED模组色温及亮度均匀性的控制方法.首先,通过电源管理改变OLED模组的工作电压,从而对OLED模组的亮度进行粗调.然后,采用调节RGB三基色亮度系数方式,改变R/G/B三基色的配比及大小,实现对OLED模组亮度进一步地细调以及色温的连续调控.实验结果表明,该方法较好地解决了OLED模组中各个OLED色块由于负载、工艺制作等原因造成的色温和亮度差异,使得各个OLED色块之间亮度及色温的偏差分别缩小到5 cd/m2、100 K范围内.有效提高了OLED模组发光的均匀性,实现了OLED光源照明的大面积化.
