基于虚拟仪器技术,利用NI USB-4431数据采集卡、LabView软件研发了一种伺服转台Stribeck摩擦测量系统,实现对光电设备伺服转台的Stribeck摩擦力矩测试.该套系统通过LabView程序控制USB-4431数据采集卡,实现了对转台速度、加速度、电流的采集、显示、存储、数据分析等功能.以某一光电设备T型架方位转台实验,获得该转台的最大静摩擦力矩参数、库仑摩擦力矩参数、临界速度和黏滞摩擦系数.经验证,将摩擦参数带入模型中,正弦曲线引导下,转台仿真与实验的速度相关系数达0.99.该系统人机界面友好,可实现在线显示与测量,提供丰富接口,系统功能可做进一步扩展.
