近些年来,液晶透镜技术得到了长足的进步和广泛的应用,尤其是在立体显示技术中。液晶透镜为了获得高的光学效率和快速的响应时间,要求使用的液晶混合物具有较大的折射率各向异性、较小的旋转黏度、较大的介电各向异性以及大的 K 值。文中将异硫氰酸酯类化合物引入到液晶透镜用混合液晶中,获得了具有大折射率各向异性,较大的 K值、较小的旋转黏度的液晶混合物。

Recently,liquid crystal (LC)lens has been highly developed and widely used in many areas, especially in the 3D display.In order to get higher optical efficiency and faster response time,the LC mixtures should have some obvious advantages such as high birefringence,low rotaional viscosity, high Δεand K 3 3/K 1 1 .In this paper,the isothiocyanate compounds was introduced to the LC mixtures used in LC-lens,getting higher birefringence,lower rotaional viscosity,high Δεand K 3 3/K 1 1 .
