介绍了一种使用橙、绿、蓝三基色 LED 灯作为背光灯的平板显示模块背光源。本背光源亮度的调节通过变频调光技术实现。最终的标准白色光利用这种三色灯的调光脉冲高电平时间?色的方法得到,并按照光传感器输出的数据来微调三色灯调光脉冲高电平时间。这种调光与?色的方法可以有效改善由于温度变化带来的背光源亮度、色温变化与色坐标漂移。

A kind of panel display module source using RGB LED as backlight is introduced in this pa-per.Frequency diming method is used to adjust backlight brightness.The final standard white light is gained by RGB diming pulse high level mixing color method.And besides,RGB diming pulse high level timing is tuned according to data from color sensor.Using the method,backlight brightness, color varies and coordinates drifts caused by temperature varies can be effectively improved.
