架设了全漏光导波测量系统并对反射式混合型扭曲向列相液晶盒进行了光学测量,氦氖激光经过处理后变为 s 偏振光或 p偏振光,然后通过棱镜耦合使某一偏振状态的光进入液晶盒并采集不同电压下与入射角相关的不同偏振光组合的反射信号。进而结合多层光学4×4矩阵和弹性连续体理论对液晶盒的不同状态组合的反射信号模拟预测并与实验数据进行拟合,就得到了指向矢在液晶盒内的倾角和扭曲角以及在不同电压下的分布情况。

The fully leaky waveguide measurement system has been set up to measure the reflective mixed-mode twisted nematic liquid crystal cell.He-Ne laser was processed to become s polarized light or p polarized light.The polarized lightenters the liquid crystal cell by prism-coupled method and then the reflective signals with the combination of different polarized light that depend on the incident angle were collected under different voltages.The reflective light in different state can be predicted by means of simulation which was based on multilayer optical 4×4 matrix and elastic continuum theory. Tilt angle,twist angle and distribution of the director in liquid crystal cell under different voltage can be obtained by fitting the experiment data.
