为了实现对3 m高台处激光测距机的状态控制与实时显示,设计了一种手持便携式液晶显示控制盒.该控制盒通过自锁按键的触发,改变电机运动状态,进而带动倍频晶体在限位开关之间进行往返运动,实现激光测距模式与绿光指示模式之间的切换;通过非自锁按键的触发完成激光测距机时统模式切换以及不同频率选择的功能,同时对激光测距机的基本状态——电源状态、温控状态、调Q状态、高压状态、主波状态、回波状态,以及驱动电流值、电容电压值进行实时显示与监控.运行结果表明:该控制盒通过电动控制实现了测距机状态的稳定切换,避免了误触发的情况,并实时完成了测距机的状态回显,确保了测距机的正常工作.

In order to realize the state control and real-time display of the laser ranger finder on the 3 m high-board,a control box of LCD is designed.Along with the triggering of a self locking button,the motor would switch the pattern of ranging and indicating by leading the crystals for frequency doubling.Also,some non self locking keys are used to change the time synchronization and the different frequency.At the same time,the basic states such as the power state,the temperature controlling state,the Q-modulation state,the high-voltage state,the main wave state,the echo wave state and the drive current as well as the capacitor voltage of the laser ranging finder are on the real-time display and monitor.Experimental results indicate that the control box can work stably to switch the patterns,avoid the spurious triggering,and display the states of the laser ranger finding to make sure the regular function.
