研制了铝合金列车车厢用的高性能、高装饰性涂料。介绍了该涂料体系的环氧底漆和聚酯聚氨酯面漆的配方和生产工艺。比较了该涂料体系同国外同类涂料的性能指标。讨论了影响涂料体系性能的因素。
A high performance and decorative coatings for aluminum alloy railway carriage was developed. The formulation and process of epoxy primer and polyester polyurethane top finish in this system were introduced. The performance of this system was compared with the similar abroad. Some influential factors on the coatings system performance were discussed.
