对氢氧化钠沉淀法制备Bi2O3粉末进行了详细的研究,大量探索实验发现,反应温度、终点pH值和搅拌速度对Bi2O3的纯度有较大的影响。研究表明,最佳工艺条件控制为反应温度70~90℃,pH值12左右,搅拌速度约300 r/min时,制得的Bi2O3为β型、针状、粒度为1~10 μm的高纯度粉末。该粉末用于对粒度和纯度有一定要求的无机颜料、阻燃剂、抑烟剂、高折光玻璃和核工程玻璃等领域。

The preparation of Bi2O3 powder by NaOH precipitation process has been studied. Through a number of preliminary experiments,it has found that reaction temperature,pH value at reaction end and stirring rate show great influence on the purity of Bi2O3. The optimum reaction parameters are 70~ 90℃ ,pH 12, stirring rate 300 r/min,at which a, β - type needle high purity powder with particle size 1 ~ 10 μm can be made. This product can be used in inorganic salts, fire retardants,smog inhibiting agent and high refractive glass or engineering glass for nuclear industry.
