以聚酯多元醇、4,4'-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯和二羟甲基丙酸为原料,采用预聚物混合工艺合成水性聚氨酯分散体,研究了中和方式、乳化条件和扩链方式对乳液及其涂膜性能的影响,确定了最佳乳化条件、中和工艺和扩链方式.
