参照Shell薄膜蒸发计的原理建立了溶剂挥发速率测定装置,实验测定了纯溶剂在滤纸和铝材上的挥发速率,滤纸上的实验结果与文献数据相比,平均相对误差为3.32%,说明本实验装置和方法是可行的.根据双膜理论和能量守恒原理建立了涂层溶剂挥发模型,通过实验数据的关联,该模型能很好地计算各种温度下溶剂在不同底材上的挥发速率t90及挥发过程中的涂层温度和Tmin.
