以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚氧化丙烯二醇(N220)等为原料,羟基化的环氧大豆油(HESO)为改性剂,2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水扩链剂制备出阴离子型聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯乳液,并以此乳液配制水性木器涂料.对乳胶粒子的粒径分布进行了测试,探讨了HESO和乙二胺(EDA)含量对乳液、涂膜性能及乳胶粒子粒径的影响.实验发现,HESO含量为4%-6%,EDA含量为0.8%-1.0%时,乳液外观好,涂膜的耐介质性和耐黄变性优异.
