根据金属腐蚀理论,分析了金属材料与有机涂层表面与界面的关系,阐述了金属工件涂装前处理技术的现状,展望了节能环保型涂装前无磷、无铬的锆盐与硅烷处理技术,及低温等离子处理的技术发展趋势.

This article has described and analyzed the relationship between metal surface and coating materials base on the corrosion mechanism of metals,and it also gave the current status of pretreatment.It further described the prospective development of phosphate-free and chromium-free zirconium-based pretreatment technologies treatment and silane treatment,as well as the low-temperature plasma treatment technology.
