用中碱玻璃鳞片为主要防腐蚀颜料,制备了一种适用于海洋气候的高固含厚浆型环氧玻璃鳞片涂料,并且考察了不同玻璃鳞片及其用量、粒径对涂层耐介质性能的影响.结果发现选用偶联剂包覆较好的玻璃鳞片,粒径为300目,用量为20%~25%,最能发挥其阻隔屏蔽效应.并且针对海洋环境的特殊性,对比测试了环氧玻璃鳞片涂料和普通环氧涂料的耐阴极剥离性能.

A high solid and high buid epoxy glass flake coatings were prepared with glass flake as the main anti-corrosion pigment for corrosion protection in Marine Environment. The influence of surface treatment, a-mount, varieties and particle size of glass flake on coatings properties was investigated. It was found that the coatings with better surface treatment by coupling agent and 300 mesh glass flake and 20-25% amount of glass flake will give better shielding effect. The cathodic disbanding resistance of epoxy glass flake coatings was compared with the conventional epoxy coatings, regarding its opplication in marine environment.
