高级检索

利用自制的功能性高分子乳化剂和改进的无皂乳液聚合工艺,制备了固含量大于40%的聚丙烯酸酯纳米级无皂乳液,纳米级无皂乳液密闭保存3 a无变化.由TEM测得其粒径约90 nm,粒子大小呈窄分布.确定最佳聚合工艺条件为:搅拌速率200~250 r/min,引发剂用量为1.0%,自制功能性高分子乳化剂用量7%.
