将端甲基丙烯酸酯基聚硅氧烷与环氧甲基丙烯酸酯混和经紫外光固化制得复合光固化涂膜,考察了端甲基丙烯酸酯基聚硅氧烷对复合固化膜的热性能、表面能、光泽和横截面微观形貌的影响.研究结果表明:随着端甲基丙烯酸酯基聚硅氧烷含量的增加,复合固化膜的热分解温度提高,玻璃化转变温度略微降低,表面能明显下降,光泽提高,端甲基丙烯酸酯基聚硅氧烷与环氧甲基丙烯酸酯部分相容.
