利用超声辅助,在碱性条件下正硅酸乙酯水解和缩合制备了二氧化硅涂料.运用FI-IR、SEM、EDX等分析手段对二氧化硅涂料处理的石材进行表征,并对其耐酸性能进行了研究.结果表明:二氧化硅粒子直径大约为200 nm,渗透进石材的孔隙中,对石材的孔隙有较好的填充保护作用.耐酸性能评价显示二氧化硅涂料处理的石材具备一定的耐酸性能.
