通过正交实验考察了环氧丙烯酸酯的制备及固化工艺,最终确定聚合反应温度、催化剂N,N-二甲基苯胺和阻聚剂对苯二酚的用量,以及引发剂过氧化苯甲酰、交联剂苯乙烯、催化剂N,N-二甲基苯胺的用量,结果表明酸转化率为99.2%,固化反应为双键加成反应.合成产物的红外光谱研究发现915 cm-1处的环氧官能团吸收峰消失,而1 720 cm-1处出现酯羰基吸收峰,表明聚合机理为环氧开环酯化反应;同时产物中出现了甲基丙烯酸中的特征官能团.TG分析表明其热分解温度可提高到427℃.漆膜性能测试表明漆膜的耐腐蚀性、附着力、耐冲击性均有提高.
