在不加催化剂的条件下用化学分析法研究了甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)的反应动力学,结果表明:-NCO与-OH的反应属于二级反应,由于TDI中对位-NCO基(C4-NCO)和邻位-NCO基(C2,6-NCO)反应活性的差异,在动力学曲线上呈现出一个明显的折点,该折点被认为是C4-NCO和C2,6-NCO反应活性的分界点.同时计算了不同温度下C4-NCO和C2,6-NCO的反应速率常数(K1,K2)和活化能(Ea1,Ea2),随着温度的升高,C4-NCO和C2,6-NCO反应活性都增加但两者的差异逐渐减小.同时还研究了不同-NCO和-OH配比下反应动力学.
