以环氧树脂为基体通过丙烯酸类单体的接枝聚合改性,而后在侧链中引入甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA),以后乳化的方式制得在光引发剂作用下可以光固化的水性环氧树脂涂料,成功地对中相对分子质量环氧树脂进行改性,制得低VOC的性能优良的产品.并在制备光固化水性环氧乳液的过程中通过正交试验的方法对各个条件不同所引起的漆膜的性能作了分析,并对乳液分布均匀性进行了表征.最后得到综合性能优良的紫外光固化水性环氧树脂涂料.
