以羟基磷灰石(HAP)为载体,采取共沉淀和离子交换法制备钛/金属离子(Ag+,Cu2+,Zn2+)复合羟基磷灰石(H APTiM)无机高效抗菌材料技术,依据XRD表征,确定不改变HAP结构,最佳钛的掺杂量为XTi =Ti原子数/(Ca +Ti)原子数=0.1,并通过UV - vis漫反射吸收光谱对该材料进行了表征.金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抗菌性实验,结果表明:该材料比纳米TiO2具有更大的抗菌活性.
