采用溶液聚合法,以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为原料合成了一系列苯丙树脂作为高分子分散剂.利用傅里叶红外光谱( FT- IR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)证实了合成树脂的结构.本研究分别合成了一系列苯丙分散剂,研究了酸值、平均相对分子质量、玻璃化转变温度和中和剂对颜料研磨时间和涂料稳定性的影响.将自制分散剂与市售分散剂进行了比较,实验结果表明自制分散剂的分散性能达到了市售分散剂的水平,具有实际应用价值.
