用丁二酸酐对不同相对分子质量的聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL)进行化学改性,合成羧酸改性聚碳酸酯二元醇(CA - PCDL),进一步将改性产物与甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)反应,制备一系列基于聚碳酸酯二元醇的光敏低聚物( GMA-PCDL).酸值分析结果表明反应转化率较高,用红外光谱(FT - IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对CA - PCDL及GMA - PCDL的结构进行了表征,结果表明反应成功合成了光敏低聚物GMA - PCDL.分别测试不同型号GMA - PCDL的黏度,对GMA - PCDL进行光固化涂料配方设计并将其应用于聚碳酸酯(PC)基材,考察涂膜的各项性能,结果表明:涂膜的附着力、硬度、耐酸、耐碱性均十分优异.
