高固含量体系相对于传统的固体环氧树脂-聚酰胺体系来说存在着3个不足点:涂膜的柔韧性差、表干时间长以及使用寿命短.本研究以传统的固体环氧树脂-聚酰胺作为参考,讨论了胺类扩链剂对高固含量体系物理机械性能、表干时间以及使用寿命的影响,同时分析了高固含量体系中常用的苯甲醇、单官能度缩水甘油醚和石油树脂对环氧高固含量体系性能的影响.最后,本研究选择N,N' -二甲基-1,6-己二胺作为高固含量体系的扩链剂,其在固化剂中的用量为20％,最终得到的高固含量涂料具备良好的综合性能.
