将二羟甲基丙酸( DMPA)胺化后作为亲水扩链剂成功制备出不含N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)和有机锡的聚氨酯水分散体( PUD),研究了胺化工艺对PUD制备过程及乳液性能的影响,并对涂膜结构和性能进行了表征.结果表明:胺化工艺不仅可以避免使用NMP和有机锡催化剂,而且可得到性能优异的PUD.该工艺简单,具有环境友好的优点.
