概述了几种电子管钨基阴极材料的研究进展及钼基原子膜阴极的研究现状。稀土-钼是有望替代传统有放射性污染的钍钨材料的一种新型阴极材料。

Several kinds of tungsten thermonic cathode were introduced.Moreover, the advances in the cathode with a monoatomic layer on the molybdenum substrate were reviewed. Rare earth-molybdenum is a new promising material used to substitute for traditional radioactive Th-W cathode material in the future.
