深入讨论了钛基金属阳极涂层制备中,在底层引入 SnSb 导电膜对其电催化性能提高的机理,并对影响电催化性能最重要的两个工艺参数:温度和锑添加量进行了详细的研究。EDX 面扫描结果表明,底层热分解成型的 SbSn 膜成分分布均匀,非常有利于 DSA 电催化性能的改善;X射线衍射结果证实了 SnSb 膜中主要以 SnO2 和 Sb2O3 相结构存在;对比实验得出了最佳工艺制备条件:t=300℃,锑的添加量为 10%。

The mechanism of improving electrocatalytic effect of titanium-based metal anode coating with SnSb conducting base film during the preparation was discussed. The most important preparing paramters,temperature and Sb additive were discussed in detail.The EDX results showed that the uniform distribution of coating constitute be benefit for the improvement of DSA electrocatalytic ability. The X ray results proved that the SnSb coating be mainly made up of SnO2 and Sb2O3 structure. The optimum preparing conditions, t=300℃ and 10% amount of Sb additives were acquired by the comparing experiments.
