研究了快冷-粉末冶金 (RS-PM ) 制备 Al-Pb 合金轴瓦材料的工艺。通过研究烧结工艺对 Al-Pb 合金轴瓦材料显微组织及机械性能的影响,得出了较优的烧结工艺。烧结升温速率为 1℃/min,并在 200℃和400℃分别保温 2h,烧结温度控制在 540℃至 560℃之间。讨论分析了 Al-Pb 合金轴瓦材料的烧结机理。

The process for preparation of Al-Pb bearing alloy through rapid solidification-powder metallurgy was investigated. The effects of sintering process on microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-Pb bearing alloy were studied and a suitable sintering procedure was determined.The temperature increases 1℃ per minute and is held at 200℃ and 400℃ respectively for 2 hours before the final sinter temperature, which should be controlled between 540℃ and 560℃. The sintering mechanism of Al-Pb bearing alloy was discussed.
