在介绍粉末高温合金涡轮盘主要成形工艺的基础上,综述了我国粉末高温合金盘件制造技术发展现状,对存在的问题提出了一些建议。

The different methods of manufacturing P/M disks which include HIP,HIP+HIF, HIP+EX+HIF or gatorizing etc.,were described systematically. The domestic development of the technology of manufacturing turbine disk from superalloy powder was reviewed and analyzed. Based on the analysis of the present domestic developing status, some referential proposals are suggested.
