研究了锻坯高温处理对 7175 铝合金锻件抗应力腐蚀性能的影响,并对其影响机理进行了分析。高温处理可明显提高7175铝合金锻件的抗应力腐蚀性能;含铬析出相及无析出带(PFZ)的形成,是提高该合金抗应力腐蚀性能的根本原因。

The effects of a kind of special high temperature treatment on stress corrosion resistance of 7175 aluminum alloy forgings were studied, and the mechanism of the effects was explained. The results show that this special heat treatment facilitates precipitating of the fine particles containing Cr element and forming of PFZ (Precipitate Free Zone), which obviously enhance the property of stress corrosion resistance of 7175 aluminum alloy forgings.
