结合理论分析,介绍了复合材料热残余应力的调整机制,分别采用低温处理及预变形方法调整碳化硅晶须镁基复合材料中残余应力.复合材料经过低温处理及预拉伸塑性变形后残余应力明显降低,同时其拉伸屈服强度得到适当改善.
With the theoretical analysis, the mechanisms of modification for thermal residual stress of the composite were introduced. By using the low temperature treatment and tensile pre-plastic deformation method, the thermal residual stress in a SiC-whisker/Mg composite was modified. The results show that after low temperature treatment and pre-plastic deformation, the thermal residual stress is obviously decreased. Meanwhile, the yield strength of composite is improved.
