研究了钴钨含量对CoPtW永久磁性薄膜结构及磁性能的影响. 研究表明, Pt+W的原子含量在10%~12%之间时对晶体的晶面间距影响较大, 晶系发现变化. 随着这一含量的增大, 在样品表面垂直和平行磁场方向上的矫顽力差值变大.
