研究了元素La对合金ZrCr0.4Mn0.2V0.1Ni1.3相组成、微结构和电化学性能的影响.结果表明,在低La含量(x<0.05)合金中,主相为C15型Laves相和少量C14型Laves相混合结构,并含有第二相Zr7Ni10;而在高La含量(x=0.1)合金中,主相转为C14型Laves相,而C15型Laves相明显减少,第二相Zr7Ni10消失.母体合金微结构为枝晶结构,少量La的掺杂对合金的枝晶结构影响不大,但合金表面存在由于腐蚀造成的少量空洞;在含La量为0.1时,合金枝晶结构消失,表面的空洞面积增大.少量La的掺杂可以有效地提高合金的放电容量和活化性能,在x=0.03时,合金经过4次循环达到最大放电容量336 mAh·g-1,比未掺杂合金放电容量提高5%,而活化次数减少了10次,但随着含La量的继续增加,合金的放电容量和循环稳定性都遭到破坏.
