采用液相烧结法制取具有良好塑性和微观组织的板坯,在650~1100℃之间,在不同轧制工艺参数下进行轧制.通过SEM和OM微观分析手段观察金相和断口组织,研究了W-Ni-Fe板材轧制过程中轧制工艺参数对断裂方式的影响.结果表明:随着变形率的增加,板材的断裂行为由脆性断裂向韧性断裂过渡;晶界处聚集的O,S,C等杂质元素引起脆性断裂;板材的机械性能与W颗粒和粘接相分布有密切关系,并受加工率的影响.
