分别采用共沉淀法和溶胶-凝胶法制备了钙钛矿结构的MSnO3(M＝Ca和Ba)纳米晶. 研究发现, 在共沉淀法的制备过程中, CaSnO3成相的焙烧温度须高于BaSnO3; 而在溶胶-凝胶法制备过程中, 情况正好相反. 从反应机制和物质本征结构两方面对此进行了讨论.
