采用一种新的萃取剂MSO对含铂、铱料液进行了萃取分离的工艺研究. 首先该料液用FeSO4还原预处理, 之后再加入NaCl饱和, 最后采用30%MSO经三级逆流萃取、一级洗涤、三级错流反萃Pt, 一级再生MSO的流程, 得到Pt的直收率94.1%, 总回收率达到94.5%, 铱则留在萃余液中, 实现了两种金属的有效分离.
