研制镍基抗蚀热喷涂粉芯线材, 并应用电弧喷涂的方法制备抗氯离子或强碱腐蚀的NiCrMo涂层, 将其与母材Q235钢的性能进行比较. 通过热氧化和涂盐热腐蚀试验对NiCrMo涂层的高温氧化性能和热腐蚀性能进行评价. 结果表明, 钼的含量影响涂层的抗热氧化性能和抗热腐蚀性能, 在镍铬含量一定, 钼含量达到8%、稀土含量为1.5%时, 镍铬钼涂层在高温下具有更优的抗热氧化性能;钼含量为6%和4%、稀土含量为1.5%时, 涂层具有良好的抗高温热腐蚀性能、抗氯离子和强碱腐蚀的能力.
