根据理想生长过程粒度分布变化的特性,建立了铝酸钠溶液种分理想生长过程粒度分布变化的数学模型.根据模型求解了理想生长过程的晶体生长线速率,并比较了模型预测粒度分布与实测粒度分布的相对偏差.该模型在搅拌速率相对较高,温度在55~75℃,αk,0为1.5~2.1,固含600g·L-1左右,苛性碱浓度为150~180g·L-1的条件下能较好预测种分过程粒度分布变化.并且通过理论生长模型预测的粒度分布与实测值进行比较,讨论了非理想生长的种分过程的粒度变化规律.
