双辊薄带铸轧是一种具有广泛应用前景的生产方式.采用薄带铸轧技术可以实现节约能源消耗、简化生产流程、提高资源利用率、利用铸轧的快速冷却特点开发新的结构材料等目的.本文对采用铸轧技术生产高磷、铜钢薄带的可行性进行了探讨.对铸轧高磷铜钢薄带力学性能的检测结果表明,在磷含量为0.1%(质量分数,后同),铜含量为0.3%时,屈服强度和抗拉强度可分别达到290和400 Mpa,延伸率为19%.对铸轧和铸轧后退火+冷轧+退火处理的薄带进行的研究表明,磷含量为0.1%以上时,在薄带中开始出现明显P的偏析,而铜含量达到1.5%时仍未出现明显的偏析现象.由此可见,采用双辊铸轧生产方式不仅可以抑制钢中有害元素如磷和铜的偏析,同时还提高材料的力学性能,起到变废为宝的作用.
