以Ce(NO3)3·6H2O和Gd(NO3)3·6H2O为原料, NH4HCO3作沉淀剂, 用雾化共沉淀法合成了Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9-δ纳米粉体. 用X射线衍射仪、透射电镜和比表面测试仪等分析测试手段, 对所合成粉体的晶形、形貌和粒度等进行了分析表征. 结果表明: 所合成粉体为立方萤石结构, 颗粒呈近球形, 尺寸较小, 粒径大小均匀, 一次粒径在15 nm左右, 且分散性较好.
