通过粉末冶金法制备Nb-15Ti-11Al-10Si复合材料.通过电子扫描电镜和X射线衍射研究了球磨方式和球磨时间对复合粉末粒度、形貌以及物相组成的影响;采用金相法和排水法研究真空热压烧结温度、保温时间等工艺参数对材料致密度的影响规律.结果表明:通过机械球磨粉末粒度减小并形成过饱和体系,再通过真空热压工艺制备的Nb-15Ti-11Al-10Si复合材料致密度达到96.3%,所获得的Nbss+Nb5Si3复合材料具有优异的组织性能.
