分别采用传统水冷模铸锭和速凝铸片工艺制备了Nd12.6Fe81B6Ga0.4合金,研究了不同铸锭方式和热处理工艺对铸态合金微观组织的影响.研究发现,采用速凝工艺制备的铸片,其主相晶粒更加细小和均匀,增加冷却速度可有效抑制α-Fe的析出,铸片出现主相(00l)面平行于自由面的强烈择优取向.铸态合金经热处理后,主相晶粒长大,其中普通水冷铸锭比速凝铸片晶粒长大速率快.此外,微区成分分析显示,热处理时间对晶界相成分无显著影响,在晶界相中存在Ga的富集区.
