研究了邻苯三酚红与钪(Ⅲ)的显色反应,在pH为6.2的六次甲基四胺.盐酸缓冲介质中,在溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CrMAB)存在下,邻苯三酚红与钪(Ⅲ)反应生成摩尔比为2:1稳定配合物,该配合物可用717型阴离子交换树脂固相萃取柱富集,再通过树脂相光度法测定钪,由此建立了固相分光光度法测定钪的新方法.吸附配合物的树脂相的最大吸收波长为500nm,摩尔吸光系数e=1.38×105L·md-1·cm-1,钪含量在0.01~0.6腭μg·ml-1内符合比尔定律,相关系数r=0.997l,对30余种共存离子进行试验的结果表明,大多数常见离子不干扰测定.方法用于合金、矿石、煤矸石等样品中钪的分析.
