为了提高钛酸钡基陶瓷的击穿强度及降低介电损耗, 用传统粉末冶金法制备了BaxSr1-xTiO3陶瓷(x=1, 0.7, 0.6, 0.5, 0.4, 0.3, 0.2, 0.1).X射线衍射(XRD)分析结果表明, 随着x的增加, BaxSr1-xTiO3陶瓷的晶胞体积增大.且在室温条件下(约25 ℃), 当x=1~0.7时其晶体结构为四方相结构, 当x=0~0.6时, 为立方结构.材料的介电常数及介电损耗随着x的增大而增大;而其频率稳定性则随着x的增大而减小.在Ba0.2S0.8TiO3粉体中以机械混合的方式添加ZnO后, 随着ZnO添加量的增加, 陶瓷的介电常数、击穿强度都随着增大, 而介电损耗则减小, 当ZnO的加入量为1.6% (质量分数)时, 材料的介电常数和击穿强度达到最大值, 而介电损耗最小.
